Refund Terms
Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as delivered. Returns made within 10 days are refunded within 24 hours of receipt, with all return shipping costs covered by us.
Inspection &
Payment Timing
The 10-day inspection period begins upon delivery. Invoices are sent Monday to Friday by 3 PM EST, and refunds are processed within 24 hours of receiving a returned vehicle.
